Почаев, 1798 [1815?]. — [1], 319, 22 л.; 2º (35х22 см).

В цельнокожаном переплете на досках, на крышках тиснение. На листах загрязнения, пятна, подклейки. Верхняя крышка вместе с первыми листами отделена от блока, застежки утрачены. На листах пятна, загрязнения, подклейки. На полях инскрипты простым карандашом и чернилами, вложены тканевые и бумажные закладки, листы с записями.

На бумаге 1815 года. Выходные данные на л. 22 об. второго счета: Сия святая и богодухновенная книга нарицаемая часослов, напечатана в типографии супрасльской, в лето, 7301. Вторым тиснением перепечатана в типографии почаевской, в лето, 7306. Н. Т. И. в Т. Я. В. Е. К. В. С. К. У. Д. Д. Ф. По мнению А. В. Вознесенского, сокращение в конце можно прочесть как "Ныне третье издадеся в типографии Яновской".
