В полукожаном переплете эпохи. Потертости переплета, надрывы и утрата фрагментов переплетной бумаги (значительные). Бумажный ярлык на корешке, помета чернилами на форзаце, утрата свободного листа нахзаца, залом и утрата фрагмента последнего листа (без потери текста). Загрязнения, следы залития страниц, плесень(?).

Приказы по Гражданскому ведомству: о назначении титулярных и др. советников, определении на службы, награждении за выслугу лет и тд и тп.
