Осип Иванович Комисаров (1838-1892) — шапочный мастер и временнообязанный крестьянин, который 4 апреля 1866 г. спас жизнь императору Александру II, отведя в сторону руку покушавшегося на императора Д. Каракозова, за что был возведён в потомственное дворянство с фамилией Комиссаров-Костромской.
