Во владельческом цельнотканевом переплете с наклеенной поверх передней сторонкой издательской обложки. Несколько листов отходят от блока, записи простым и цветным карандашами на сс.

Опера М. Мусоргского в четырех действиях с прологом. Первая авторская редакция завершена в 1869 году, вторая в 1872 году. Либретто было также написано композитором на основе сюжета одноименной трагедии А.С. Пушкина. Премьера состоялась в Мариинском театре 27 января 1874 года.
