В цельнотканевом (коленкор) издательском переплёте в стиле модерн. Потёртости и загрязнения переплёта. Копоть по нижнему краю задней переплётной крышки. Отдельные фотографии отходят от блока.

В альбоме собраны оригинальные фотографии. Вероятно, альбом принадлежал самому фотографу. Некоторые фотографии репродуцировались на открытках в московском издательстве Д.П. Ефимова в 1900-х гг. На фотографиях показан преимущественно Байкал зимой, а также знаменитый ледокол "Байкал", спущенный на воду в 1899 году.
