Надрыв по верхнему полю листа, следы замятия. На обороте карандашная владельческая подпись на итальянском языке. Штамп слепого тиснения "Regia Calcografia di Roma".

Поздний отпечаток с оригинальной доски Николо ван Альста (1526-1613), которая в свою очередь была сделана по доске Маркантонио Раймонди (1480-1534). В основе — картина Рафаэля Санти (1515-1525 гг.).
