В издательской шрифтовой обложке. Передняя сторонка обложки полностью отходит от блока, задняя сторонка — частично. Частично неразрезанный экземпляр. Владельческие пометы на задней сторонке обложки. Незначительные загрязнения и надрывы (задняя сторонка).

Фаддей Францевич Зелинский (1859-1944) – антиковед, филолог, переводчик. Почётный доктор многих европейских университетов, в частности, Афин, Гронигена, Оксфорда и Сорбонны.
В 1922 г. выехал в Польшу. Как отмечают, в знак признания его заслуг его провожал на вокзале нарком просвещения Луначарский.
