Моисеева на 1 с. обложки, след стерт. влад. записи в правом верхнем углу авантитула, подчеркивания на последних страницах рекламы изд-ва "Скорпион" (кр. карандаш).

Обложку для данного издания выполнил художник, поэт, архитектор Модест Александрович Дурнов (1867-1928).
