Владимир Ефимович Цифринович (1897-1938) — партийный и государственный деятель. Один из создателей калийной промышленности СССР. Первый управляющий Всесоюзного калийного треста, руководитель строительства Соликамского калийного комбината и магниевого завода. В 1937 г. был репрессирован, входил в так называемые "Сталинские расстрельные списки". Расстрелян в 1938 г. Реабилитирован в 1953 г.

Редкость. Запрещенное издание. Книга была переведена из спецхрана только в 1988 г.
