Предположительно, представленный лист является нижней частью большой афиши. Потертости, заломы, следы сложения, надрывы в местах сложения, следы от проколов.

Представление датировано 27 июня 1943 г. После эвакуации основной части труппы Большого театра в Куйбышев ее «московская» часть продолжила выступления в здании филиала (ныне в этом здании помещается театр Оперетты). В постановке принимали участие Н.М. Дудинская и К.М. Сергеев.
