Николай Евгеньевич Марков (1866-1945) — один из лидеров Союза русского народа, депутат в III и IV Государственных Думах. В эмиграции некоторое время был Председателем Высшего монархического совета. В 1934 г. участвовал на стороне защиты в процессе, организованном некоторыми еврейскими организациями, с целью доказать, что "Протоколы сионских мудрецов"- это фальшивка.

Первое и единственное прижизненное издание. Редкость. Отсутствует в каталогах РНБ и РГБ.
