В издательской иллюстрированной обложке. Потертости по корешку. Блок полностью отходит от обложки. Автограф на тит. л.

Текст инскрипта отсылает к названию одного из рассказа сборника — "Срочно требуются седые человеческие волосы". Адресат автографа — известная артистка Евгения Разина (1919 — 1983). В сталинский период была репрессирована, провела около восьми лет в лагерях. После реабилитации много гастролировала, исполняла народные песни и цыганские романсы. В 1974 году певице было запрещено выступать сольно; на следующий год она эмигрировала в Париж.
