В обложке, листы прошиты ниткой. Несколько влад. помет ручкой (исправление опечаток и добавление упущенной буквы). Сгибы углов страниц, надломы.

Впервые поэма была выпущена отдельным изданием в Мюнхене в 1963 г. В 1960-х гг. «Реквием» активно распространялся в самиздате.

Из собрания писателя Анатолия Миндлина, сына Эмилия Миндлина, знакомого Марины Цветаевой.
