Один выпуск в шрифтовой издательской обложке работы А. Борисова. Другой — без обложки. Утрата незначительных фрагментов обложки, распадение блоков, сторонки обложки полностью отходят от блока, пометы и шт. бук. маг. на задней сторонке обложки. Без Листа 3.

Второй лист вышел после смерти В. Хлебникова. С портретом В. Хлебникова (Лист 1) встречается крайне редко.
